Saab has now ordered additional licenses as their use is increasing. The additional licenses will double the number of licenses that Saab holds
XMReality has signed a 5-year re-seller agreement with a large global industrial corporation to sell their branded (white label) version of XMReality Remote Guidance to their global customer base. The same agreement also serves as a 5-year Frame Agreement for internal Customer purchase of the same product
Cobalt Housing Ltd is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. They manage around 6000 properties and each year their contact center, which is the first point of contact for the tenants, receives on average 70,000 calls and emails a year. A large part of those calls and emails comes from tenants who report that something needs to be repaired or fixed at their property. XMReality will now be used by Cobalt Housing’s call center to further diagnose some of the issues that tenants are reporting to make their operations more efficient
ABB Process Automation in the U.S. has ordered a significant number of Remote Guidance licenses using the Framework Agreement XMReality has in place with ABB. XMReality has previously been used within ABB Motion, a sister Business Area to ABB Process Automation. The new licenses will mainly be used to support ABB customers in the aftermarket process

Customers can now schedule sessions in advance, use pre-defined step-by-step instructions in a live call and automatically generate PDF documentation for the call. The contract is a subscription agreement with automatic renewal. The main area of use is maintenance within Facility Management and to begin with, the service will be used for the Swedish market

Historically XMReality’s product has targeted aftermarket processes with focus on intermittent problem resolution. Since 2021, product development has focused on increasing the number of use cases and hence market potential. This new functionality to schedule large group calls is another step in that direction
The Thai unit of a large Japanese car manufacturer has placed an order for XMReality Remote Guidance through NTT. XMReality has a partnership agreement in place with NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone) since October 2020 so that NTT can market and sell XMReality Remote Guidance[TM]
