No, the only thing needed to set up a free trial is your email. You only need to register a credit card when you sign up for a paid subscription.
Basic and Professional can be paid in USD, Euro or SEK (Swedish Krona). The correct currency will be automatically applied based on your location.
Pricing in Euro is 35€ per user per month for Basic (with yearly billing) and 65€ per user per month for Professional (with yearly billing). With monthly billing Basic is 42€ per user per month, and Professional is 78€.
Pricing in SEK is 350kr per user per month for Basic (with yearly billing) and 650kr per user per month for Professional (with yearly billing). With monthly billing Basic is 420kr per user per month, and Professional is 780kr.
You can choose to pay for a full year up front and get a discount on the price. You then pay $420 (or EUR 420, or SEK 4200) for a full year for Basic and $780 (or EUR 780, or SEK 7800) for a full year for Professional, corresponding to $35 (or EUR 35, or SEK 350) per month per user for Basic and $65 (or EUR 65, or SEK 650) per month per user for Professional.
If you instead want to be billed monthly, the price per user is $42 (or EUR 42, or SEK 420) per month for Basic and $78 (or EUR 78, or SEK 780) per month for Professional. You pay by credit card, regardless of which billing period you choose, and you can easily choose this when checking out your XMReality purchase.
VAT is excluded from all prices on this page.
If you are paying in USD or Euro, taxes are handled on a reverse charge basis. If you are paying in SEK (Swedish Krona), Swedish VAT (moms) is automatically added when your card is charged.
Yes, you can at any time upgrade from Basic to Professional from within the app it self. Contact us if you are interested in upgrading your account to Enterprise.
Yes, after creating a trial account you can invite more colleagues to your trial. Just log into the and under the settings icon next to your name you can choose to invite more users.
Start by signing up for a free Professional trial, and from within the XMReality app start your paid Basic subscription whenever you prefer. This gives you the option to try out all the Professional capabilities for free for 14 days, and then switch to a paid Basic or Professional plan once you have decided what plan you like.
We support usage on the most commonly used AR smart glasses, you can see which models here. For these models, we have established partnerships with the vendors so you can purchase the glasses directly from us together with your XMReality Enterprise licenses. We can also help you with the selection of which model you should pick and training on that specific model.
Hands-overlay is one of our AR functions and to use it from your computer you need to also purchase our Pointpad. You can read more about the Pointpad here and if you want to purchase one you can simply contact one of our sales representatives.
XMReality provides the best business value when integrated with your existing processes and ways of working. Single Sign On (SSO) is available to make it easy for users and administrators to sign in with existing enterprise credentials. All product functionality is available through APIs, which are available to all Enterprise customers. As a Professional or Enterprise user you can also build your own custom no-code integrations.
Additionally, XMReality provides ready-made integrations for Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
