· On a question about how relevant XMReality Remote Guidance would be in their business after Covid-19, 71,4 percent answered that it would be ‘important’ or ‘very important’.
The above two customer questions were part of a XMReality overall Sustainability Survey, assessing the overall contribution of XMReality Remote Guidance. The customer feedback was collected during the last two weeks of May followed by analytics and subsequent reporting. The respondent could select one of the following four ratings to the above questions/statements; 1) unimportant 2) less important 3) important 4) very important.
