Region Halland improves their technical support with XMReality

Region Halland, one of Swedens 21 regions, is using XMReality remote assistance to streamline their technical management and support. Region Halland is responsible for support across various administrative areas, including hospitals, where remote video guidance is used to ensure smooth and efficient operations and service.

XMReality's remote support solution improves collaboration across the entire region and enables technicians with broad expertise to quickly identify and, in some cases, directly resolve issues during a call. Additionally, XMReality is contributing to cost reductions, which was a key factor in the decision to implement the software.

Remote support will be integrated into Region Halland's on-call procedure to reduce lead times and minimize unnecessary, costly travel for on-call personnel.
