Dina Försäkringar Syd leads the way in the insurance industry's digital development by implementing XMReality Remote Guidance. With the help of the newly acquired remote support software, Dina Försäkringar Syd can introduce new workflows for damage assessments and insurance application handling.

XMReality simplifies the verification of information in insurance cases before a customer purchases a policy. It also supports damage inspections, which can now be conducted remotely to determine the customer’s eligibility for compensation. The use of remote video support accelerates the process, reduces waiting times and travel, and improves customer satisfaction by providing faster and more convenient service.
